Feng Shui Garden 4: Location

House Location

This is also not a direct Feng Shui garden. It’s also good Feng Shui to know before you choose the house.

There are two ideal factors for excellent Feng Shui. Your house should be “behind the water and in front of the mountain.”

The mountain, or big trees/ small hills nowadays, implies that you have a big and strong support. People in the house feel safe and comfortable. Nothing can attack them from the back.

Water in front of the house means moving water. In Feng Shui, water flowing represents a flow of energy. It is very auspicious to have stream, clean canal in front of the house to have energy flow around your house.
